Coltelleria l’Arburesa Eredi Pusceddu F.
We are Giulia, Michele and Anna and our studio, “Arburesa”, was born three generations ago thanks to Mario Pusceddu and his work. He started working as a full-time cutler in the late ‘60s.
We proudly and passionately perpetuate our family and Arbus cutlery tradition. Arbus is a town situated in the south-west side of Sardinia, which had been one of the capitals of cutlery crafts, with a collection of knives well recognisable by their original shape and finishing.
Our products have improved over time by considering the concrete application of them: sharp and lengthened blades, with agile handles for sticking knives; squatter and more abundant handles for skinning knives, proposed in the ancient shape of a laurel leaf or in a contemporary version with a more straight blade. Handle materials are made of ram’s horn or olive wood.
